Trucking Accident
Tractor trailer completely blocked all lanes in one direction of travel of a four lane divided highway while making a delivery, and failed to deploy any safety device to warn approaching drivers. Plaintiff’s vehicle collided with the tractor trailer, causing him severe and permanent injuries, including a fractured and dislocated hip, pneumothorax, broken ribs and concussion.
