Since 2019, he has been recognized as a Rising Star by Virginia Super Lawyers®. In 2021, he was honored with the Ones to Watch award by Best Lawyers® as well as receiving the distinction of Up & Coming Lawyer by Virginia Lawyers Weekly. Kevin is the youngest trial lawyer in Virginia to be recognized by the National Trial Lawyers: Top 40 under 40.

When You Need Justice, Kevin Doesn’t Back Down

Kevin, who graduated cum laude from William & Mary Law School in 2017, traces his thirst for success back to childhood. Raised by immigrants in Tempe, Arizona, Kevin’s ambition was colored by the sacrifices his parents made. “I have always lived by the phrase, ‘Pressure is a privilege,’” says Kevin.

This fierce internal drive is what sets Kevin apart from other trial lawyers. He never backs down, no matter the cunning tactics employed by the defense.

“Our clients are the outsiders. They aren’t the sophisticated insurance companies or big businesses that understand how to navigate the legal world,” says Kevin. “Our clients are in the fight of their lives, and there is nowhere I would rather be than in that fight with them.”

Helping the Innocent and Wronged

Kevin discovered his passion for personal injury litigation in the summer of 2015 when he served as an intern for the New York City Law Department. He was assigned a case in which a young boy had suffered a terrible brain injury at school. The plaintiff claimed that the city was negligent and was seeking recoveries.

“I had an opportunity to write a brief that would have effectively won the case for the city,” says Kevin. “As I wrote the brief, I remember thinking, ‘I hope I lose.’”

In that moment, Kevin realized his true calling was to help innocent families seek the fair compensation they deserved. Kevin has since dedicated himself to a tireless fight for justice, focusing his practice on motor vehicle collisions, defective products, and tractor-trailer collisions. He also represents survivors of sexual assault and child sexual abuse

To Kevin, each client is more than a case number: they are an individual worthy of his time, undivided attention, and dogged pursuit of success.

Before attending William & Mary Law School, Kevin earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Grand Canyon University where he played varsity soccer, graduated summa cum laude, and earned the university’s highest academic honor by selection of the faculty: the Ray-Maben Scholar award. While he spends most of his time in Virginia, Kevin also represents clients who have been injured in Arizona through our Breit Biniazan office in Phoenix.

Kevin is an active member of the American Association for Justice and a graduate  of its 2019 Leadership Academy. In 2020 he was awarded the Above and Beyond Award which recognizes members who have made exceptional contributions to sustain and strengthen the organization. In addition, he serves as the New Lawyer Division’s representative on the Board of Governors for the Association. At home, Kevin serves on several committees for the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association and on the Board of Directors for the Boys & Girls Club of Southeast Virginia.
